Jon Erling Litland is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin, with a temporary affiliation at the University of Oslo's Department of Philosophy, Classics, History of Art and Ideas. His research focuses on metaphysics, philosophical logic, and grounding theory. He holds a PhD from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Oslo.
