Jon Erickson is a Professor of Engineering at Washington and Lee University (W&L) specializing in biomedical engineering and gastrointestinal motility research. He leads an international research consortium funded by a five-year grant from the Health Research Council of New Zealand through the Auckland Bioengineering Institute (ABI) at the University of Auckland, focusing on non-invasive gastric mapping techniques and clinical translation of biomedical sensors for colon disorders.
