Professor Jolanta Jakóbczyk-Gryszkiewicz is affiliated with the Institute of Urban Geography, Tourism Studies and Geoinformation at the Faculty of Geographical Sciences, University of Lodz. She has been active at the University since 1974, transitioning from the Department of Economic Geography to her current institute. Her academic career includes habilitation at the University of Warsaw (1998) and a full professor title since 2011.
