John Scott Poole, FAIA, serves as Dean Emeritus and Professor at the School of Architecture within the College of Architecture and Design at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He held the deanship from spring 2011 until June 2021, when he transitioned back to teaching and received the Dean Emeritus title from the university.
