Professor John Nelson is a Chair in Public Transport at the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS), University of Sydney. He holds a BA from Liverpool University, a PGCE from Durham, and a PhD from Newcastle University. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Highway Transport (FIHT) and the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS).
