John Lannon is a Senior Lecturer in Business Management at Hartpury University's Department of Sport. He has a diverse career background, including roles as an Area Manager for a national contract catering company and General Manager of a prestigious local golf club. Prior to Hartpury, he spent 20 years as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire, teaching Business Management and Applied Business Management courses at Foundation Degree to Masters level. He pioneered the second Event Management degree in the UK and developed one of the first Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeships.
