John J. Flynn, the Hugh B. Brown Professor of Law, has been a faculty member since 1963. He holds a B.S., L.L.B., and S.J.D., and is a member of the bars in Utah, Massachusetts, U.S. District Court for Utah, and the Tenth Circuit. His professional experience includes roles as special counsel and consultant to two U.S. Senate committees and the Federal Trade Commission.
