John G Teacher

John G Teacher is an Assistant Professor of Theatre Arts at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (Pitt-Johnstown), part of the Humanities Division. He holds a BA from Lock Haven University and an MFA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (2007).

His research focuses on period costume design, period set design, scenic painting techniques, and the application of masked performance and puppetry in modern theatre. He is affiliated with the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center on campus.
