John Foubert

John Foubert, Ph.D., serves as Dean of the College of Education at Union University and teaches in their Higher Education Ed.D. program. He also holds the position of Highly Qualified Expert for Sexual Assault Prevention with the U.S. Army, regularly consulting at the Pentagon. In 1998, he founded the national nonprofit One in Four, which operated for 20 years to combat sexual violence on campuses and in the military.
