John E. Colón is a full-time Lecturer in the N. P. Loomba Department of Management at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY). He focuses on human resource management, organizational behavior, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), applying group relations theories, systems theories, and transactional analysis to foster productive work environments.

His research emphasizes equitable organizational alignment, team-based management, and DEI consultation, particularly for persons with disabilities in the workplace.
