John Bricklemyer is an Associate Dean at the University of Kansas School of Professional Studies and a Professor of the Practice in Engineering Management and Project Management. He leads the Center for Faculty and Academic Administration, overseeing faculty affairs, professional development, and academic operations for multiple programs including Organizational Communications, Information Technology, Engineering Management, Professional Management, and Project Management.

John has over 31 years of industrial experience in general management, operations management, engineering management, purchasing, product engineering, and project management. He has held leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, small privately-held firms, and entrepreneurial subsidiaries, managing mid-sized departments and multi-location operations. His academic responsibilities include faculty development, academic policy implementation, budgeting, program reviews, and space planning for the KU Edwards Campus.
