John Baker serves as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law, specializing in Land Use Management. He earned a BA in political science from the University of Iowa (1983) and a law degree from the University of Michigan (1986). After a federal judicial clerkship in Iowa, he co-founded the law firm Greene Espel, PLLP in 1993. His expertise spans constitutional law, land-use litigation, appellate practice, and telecommunications law.
