John Albrecht is a Professor in the Departments of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) and Chemical Engineering and Materials Science (ChEMS) at Michigan State University (MSU), College of Engineering. He currently serves as the Executive Director of the University Research Organization (URO), leveraging his extensive academic and administrative experience. Previously, he held leadership roles at the Fraunhofer USA Center Midwest and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
