John Aidoo

John Aidoo is Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He holds a PhD from University of South Carolina (2004), MS from University of South Carolina (2002), and BSc from University of Science & Technology, Ghana (1997). His research focuses on structural engineering, advanced composite materials, and bridge testing.

Dr. Aidoo has received significant recognition including the Roland E. Hutchins Endowed Chair and Dean's Outstanding Teacher Award. He mentors students through Engineers Without Borders and directs the Operation Catapult summer program for high school students.
