John A. Miller

John A. Miller, PE, CFM, CSM is a Lecturer in the Master of Science in Applied Geosciences program at the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies. He currently serves as a Mitigation Liaison at FEMA, embedded with the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management, and has held leadership roles in floodplain management and emergency planning.
