Johannes Flacke

Dr. Johannes Flacke is an Associate Professor for Spatial Planning and Decision Support Systems at the University of Twente, Netherlands, with dual affiliation to the Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Geo-Information Management and the Digital Society Institute. He holds a Diploma in Geography (1994) and a PhD in Geosciences (2002) from Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany.
