Johannes Blömer is a Full Professor (W3) at the University of Paderborn, Germany, affiliated with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics. He leads the Codes and Cryptography department, serves as founding member of the PhoQS Institute for Photonic Quantum Systems, and directs the Institute for Industrial Mathematics.
