Johannes Balas

Johannes Balas is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Vegetables and Ornamentals, part of the Department for Agricultural Sciences at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna. With a focus on horticultural postharvest management, organic farming, and floriculture, his work bridges ecophysiology and eco-social certification in ornamental and vegetable systems.
