Dr. Johanna Luthman is a Professor of History at the University of North Georgia, specializing in British Tudor and Stuart history, gender history, and the history of love, sex, and marriage. She has been affiliated with UNG since 2007, teaching courses ranging from world history surveys to advanced topics like the Viking Age and Tudor/Stuart England. Her research focuses on early modern European political and social dynamics, particularly issues of gender, power, and family feuds.
