Dr. Johanna Kneidinger is a Researcher in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychology at Philipps University of Marburg's Faculty of Psychology. She is affiliated with Prof. Dr. Hanna Christiansen's Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology research group and the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Outpatient Clinic (KJ-PAM), where she focuses on advancing ADHD research and clinical practice.
Her educational background includes:
- M.Sc. in Psychology with focus on Clinical Neuroscience from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (2019-2021), completing her thesis at the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology Magdeburg
- B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Ulm (2016-2019)
Dr. Kneidinger's research centers on Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), specifically investigating intra-family self-regulation dynamics, lifespan manifestations of ADHD, innovative therapeutic approaches, and diagnostic validation methods. Her work aims to optimize ADHD diagnosis and treatment through mechanistic understanding of symptom presentation and family context.
