Johan Lilja is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Communication, Quality Technology and Information Systems (KKI) at Mid Sweden University. With a PhD in Quality Engineering from Mid Sweden University (2010) and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology (2003), his work bridges quality development, sustainable practices, and appreciative inquiry.
