Johan Kristian Andreasen is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Agder's Department of Pedagogy. He holds a PhD in Pedagogy (UiA), a master’s in Educational Counseling (NTNU), and a general teaching degree from UiA. His research focuses on teacher education practicum, mentor roles, digital competence development, and partnerships between universities and schools. He leads the ProDiG project, enhancing teacher education through digital tools and collaborative initiatives.
