Johabed Olvera

Johabed Olvera is Assistant Professor at Penn State's School of Public Policy, focusing on health policy implementation and social program evaluation. Her research analyzes policy designs targeting vulnerable populations, particularly maternal health interventions and anti-discrimination frameworks.

Publications demonstrate methodological innovation in assessing governance structures and policy effectiveness across governmental levels. Current projects examine information systems in healthcare delivery and opioid policy impacts on marginalized communities.
