Joerg Peltzer

Joerg Peltzer is a Professorial Research Fellow at the School of History and Art History, University of East Anglia. He holds a British Academy Global Professorship (2021–2025) and focuses on medieval political and ceremonial practices, particularly in Europe. His work explores themes like courtly rituals, nobility dynamics, and medieval diplomacy, with a specialization in 13th–14th century German and English contexts.
