Joep Cornelissen

Joep Cornelissen is a Professor of Corporate Communication and Management at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM), Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is affiliated with the Department of Business-Society Management and serves as a Fellow at ERIM. His research focuses on corporate and managerial communication in innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational change, alongside scientific reasoning and theory development in management.

He has held editorial leadership roles, including Editor-in-Chief of Organization Theory, former Associate Editor at the Academy of Management Review, and former General Editor of the Journal of Management Studies (2006–2012).
