Joelle Neulander

Dr. Joelle Neulander serves as the Department Head and Professor of History at The Citadel, within the School of Humanities & Social Sciences. She holds a B.A. from Tufts University (magna cum laude), and both an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Iowa.
