Joel Samuelsson is a Professor of Civil Law, specializing in Property Law, at Uppsala University's Department of Law. Active in teaching and research since 2010, he focuses on contract law, legal interpretation, and the relationship between legal theory and practice. His work bridges doctrinal analysis with philosophical foundations, including hermeneutics and Wittgensteinian influences.
