Joel Norris

Joel Norris is a Professor at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California, San Diego, specializing in Climate Sciences, Cloud Physics, and Ocean-Atmosphere Interactions. He holds a B.S. from the California Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
