Joel Erion, EdD, is a Professor of School Psychology in the Department of Education at Pennsylvania Western University. He previously served as Program Head for the School Psychology Program, Chair of the Department of Counseling, School Psychology, and Special Education, and Interim Dean of the School of Education. He holds a doctorate in School Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. With 16 years of experience as a school psychologist in public schools, he is nationally certified and licensed in Pennsylvania. His research focuses on single-case design, parent tutoring strategies, instructional hierarchy applications, and program evaluation. He actively collaborates with student co-authors in publications and presentations.
