Joe Price is a PhD student and Associate Lecturer at Lancaster University's School of Law. His research focuses on the cultural significance of cannabidiol (CBD) in cannabis legalisation efforts domestically and internationally, employing ethnographic and qualitative methodologies.

- Supervisors: Professor Gary Potter, Dr. Thaddeus Muller, and Professor Christopher Patridge
He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics & International Relations and an MSc in Criminology & Social Research Methods. His professional roles include teaching criminological and legal writing, coordinating student assessments, and working as a Researcher on the Widening Participation Project.
Joe actively participates in academic conferences like the Manchester Methods Fair 2024 and the European Society for Social Drug Research's annual conference. He is affiliated with the Centre for Crime, Law and Justice at Lancaster University.
