Jody Freeman is the Archibald Cox Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and founder of its Environmental and Energy Law Program. A leading expert in administrative law and environmental law, she served as Counselor for Energy and Climate Change in the Obama White House and advised the Biden transition team. Her work includes shaping U.S. climate policy, founding Harvard’s first environmental law clinic, and co-chairing the University’s Presidential Committee on Sustainability.
