Joanne Connolly is an Associate Professor in Veterinary Science at Charles Sturt University, specializing in wildlife health and infectious diseases of native Australian fauna. She holds a BVSc(Hons) from the University of Sydney and a PhD in immunopathological characterization of koala and platypus diseases. Her roles include Phase 1 Discipline Lead for the Bachelor of Veterinary Biology program and coordinating captive vertebrate management courses.
