Dr. Joanna Smarż is affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL). She successfully completed her habilitation proceedings, which were finalized in 2014. Her academic work is associated with legal research, particularly in areas such as canon law, administrative law, and comparative law.
The habilitation process was initiated on September 25, 2013, and concluded with the granting of the degree on October 14, 2014. The habilitation committee included notable scholars like Prof. Dr. Hab. Mirosław Stec and Prof. Dr. hab. Zygmunt Niewiadomski.
