Joanna Klepacka

Joanna Klepacka, PhD, DSc, Eng., is a Professor at the Department of Commodity Science and Food Research within the Faculty of Food Science at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Her research focuses on food processing techniques, functional food additives, and nutritional enhancement of plant-based products, particularly buckwheat and tea.
