Joanna Burnos

Joanna Burnos is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Business and International Relations, Vistula University of Finance and Business. She is the initiator and creator of the MBA Women in Leadership program. A recognized expert in leadership, diversity, and inclusion, she founded the LEADERIS Institute and has professional experience at the KBC Group in Brussels and Warsaw. She holds degrees from Kozminski University, the European Academy of Diplomacy, and the European Women's Academy, with a scholarship from Solvay Brussels School.

Her research focuses on PR and Political Marketing, International Communication in Media & Business, Leadership, Women Empowerment, Diversity & Inclusion, and EU Diplomacy. Recipient of multiple awards including the 2020 Polish Business Women Award. She is a member of the Society of Polish Economists, the Advisory Board of The Alliance of Her and Women in International Security.
