Joan Ribot Riutort

Dr. Joan Ribot Riutort is a Professor in the Department of Fundamental Biology and Health Sciences at the Faculty of Sciences, University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). He teaches in the Biochemistry degree and the Interuniversity Master's and Doctorate in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition, and served as Master's program director from 2019 to 2020.
