Joachim Vosgerau is a Full Professor at Bocconi University, where he serves as director of the Experimental Laboratory for the Social Sciences (BELSS). Previously, he was Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business (2005-2013) and Full Professor at Tilburg University (2013-2015). His academic journey includes a PhD in Marketing from INSEAD and a Diplom in Psychology from University of Konstanz.
Teaching across undergraduate, graduate, and executive education levels, Vosgerau specializes in marketing, research methodology, and managerial decision making. His research focuses on consumer behavior, particularly how individuals make decisions under uncertainty, manage self-control, and apply research methodology to public policy challenges.
