Her work significantly contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to quality education. She has developed expertise in Rasch analysis, measurement and scale development, particularly through her PhD research focused on creating a measure of adolescent career identity to improve careers education and youth transitions from education to work.
Her recent publications show a strong trend toward examining evidence implementation in educational settings, with particular focus on school educators' research utilization, graduate employability, and preparing students for workforce precarity. The majority of her work connects educational research to practical classroom applications, emphasizing how evidence can drive quality education outcomes.
