Jiun-Haw Chu is an Associate Professor of Physics and Clean Energy at the University of Washington (UW), affiliated with the Department of Physics in the College of Arts & Sciences. His research focuses on quantum materials, particularly novel collective behaviors such as unconventional superconductivity and exotic Weyl/Dirac excitations. He leads a group specializing in crystal growth, thermodynamic measurements, and strain-based experimental techniques to probe material symmetry.
