Jingyi Li is a Researcher at The University of Manchester's Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research, focusing on applying circular economy principles to geothermal energy sustainability assessments. Her work emphasizes repurposing legacy fossil fuel infrastructure for geothermal energy systems. She holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering (2023) and an MEng in Chemical Engineering (2020).
Key research interests include geothermal energy sustainability, lifecycle assessment methodologies, and environmental policy.
