Dr. Jing Xiao is an Associate Professor and Graduate Chair in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan. She specializes in comparative and international education, higher education governance, and strategic internationalization initiatives. Prior to her current role, she served as an Assistant Professor at Xiamen University, China. Her research examines global geopolitical influences on university governance, pedagogical innovations for intercultural learning, and international student mobility dynamics.
