Jin Young Lim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Visual Arts at the University of North Georgia, teaching primarily on the Dahlonega campus. Her expertise spans visual communication, user experience design, and digital media.
Holds an M.F.A. in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art & Design (2009) and B.F.A. in Crafts from Kookmin University, Seoul (1998). Professional experience includes design work for LG, Philips, and Amadeus Hospitality.
Research explores information design and data visualization, particularly personality visualization through personal data and social network contexts. Course instruction includes Graphic Design, UX/UI, Motion Graphics, and Web Design.
