Dr. Jim Yocom is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at North Carolina State University. He specializes in applying social science to organizational challenges, blending academic research with practical legal and community-based experience. His mission focuses on equipping students to critically evaluate research and navigate complex organizational environments under uncertainty.
