Jim Ludema serves as founding dean of Calvin University School of Business and professor of global leadership. Previously at Benedictine University, he founded and directed the Center for Values-Driven Leadership. A Calvin alumnus, he consults for Fortune 500 companies including McDonald's, John Deere, and Merck.
