Jim Koukounaras

Dr. Jim Koukounaras is an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at Monash University, affiliated with The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne. He is currently serving as the Acting Head of Interventional Radiology at Alfred Health, where he has been an Interventional Radiologist since 2008. His clinical work is deeply rooted in high-quality, evidence-based patient care, with a strong commitment to education, training, and clinical governance.
