Jillian Alderman is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Department Chair of Accounting, Finance and Real Estate at Pepperdine University's Graziadio Business School. A licensed CPA (Florida) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), she combines professional experience as a former Deloitte auditor with academic expertise. Her interdisciplinary research examines how individual traits, backgrounds, and societal factors influence organizational outcomes.
