Jill Stinson

Jill Stinson is a Professor and IRB Chair at East Tennessee State University (ETSU), actively contributing to clinical forensic psychology through research on sexual violence, self-regulation, and trauma. As Editor of Sexual Abuse, she leads special issues on prevention strategies and serves as Director of Clinical Training (DCT) for ETSU's APA-accredited PhD program in clinical psychology.

• Current research focuses on ecological factors in intimate partner violence (IPV), trauma-informed care for individuals with severe mental illness (SMI), and suicidality in forensic populations
• Key methodologies include dyadic analysis and mixed-method approaches to understanding alcohol-involved sexual violence
