Jill Rodriguez is a Lecturer in the School of Music at Texas Lutheran University (TLU), where she has taught since 1997. Her roles include instructing horn lessons, Music Appreciation, and Basic Music Skills, with a particular focus on engaging non-music majors. She holds a Master of Music in Horn Performance from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Music in Horn Performance & Music Education (K-12) from DePauw University.

Beyond academia, Rodriguez serves as a casework supervisor with Child Advocates of San Antonio, advocating for children in CPS and foster care systems as a Guardian ad Litem.
