Jill-Renae Gulczinski

Jill-Renae Gulczinski serves as Associate Professor and Clinical Director in Kettering College's Physician Assistant Program, a role she has held since 2006. She maintains an active dual career as both educator and practicing hospitalist Physician Assistant (PA-C), integrating frontline clinical experience into academic instruction.

Her educational background includes:

Professor Gulczinski's expertise spans cardiovascular surgery, women's health, outpatient internal medicine, and hospital medicine. She leverages 28+ years of clinical practice across California and Michigan to develop curriculum that prepares students for real-world medical challenges, with particular emphasis on clinical rotation experiences and hospital-based procedures. Her teaching philosophy centers on bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application through current clinical involvement.

As Clinical Director, she manages all aspects of clinical education including student placement coordination, site partnerships, and clinical competency assessment. Her active hospitalist practice ensures program alignment with evolving healthcare standards and provides students direct exposure to contemporary medical practice through supervised rotations.
