Jill Hooper

Jill Hooper is a part-time Lecturer I at the University of Maine at Augusta (UMA). Her professional background includes extensive experience in library roles, including work on public library boards and collaboration with public libraries. She has contributed to the YSS Lupine Committee and engages in educational outreach initiatives.

Educationally, she holds a Master of Library Science (MLS) from Southern Connecticut State University.

Her research and professional interests focus on library services, youth programming, and community collaboration between academic and public institutions. Outside academia, Jill is an active gardener, camper, and theater enthusiast, often mentoring students in theater productions.
